1. Third-party AI processing. Resume and job description content you provide is transmitted to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI depending on the model you select) to generate the interview plan. This content is subject to those providers' data processing terms.
2. Candidate notification obligation. You will notify candidates that AI tools assisted in reviewing their application materials, as required by applicable law — including NYC Local Law 144, the Illinois Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act, and similar regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Human oversight required. This tool provides decision support only. All hiring decisions must be made by qualified human reviewers. You will not use AI-generated output as the sole basis for any employment decision, and you accept responsibility for compliance with all applicable employment laws.
